Return Policy

If you would like to return the filter, you can send your order back within 14 days of receipt. The return period starts on the day you took possession of the goods. Please note that the returned goods must be in a resalable condition and the hygiene packaging must not be opened or damaged.

--- Our right of withdrawal in detail ---

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pura AG, Rütistrasse 16, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland, info@drinkpure-waterfilter.com, phone: +41 44 533 2640) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Exception: hygiene products

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is subject to an individual choice or determination by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded; contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; contracts for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time the contract was concluded but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery; contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts. We can therefore not take back any filters or systems where the hygiene packaging has been opened.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to us or to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
