Delivery conditions

We deliver within the EU, free of shipping costs. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods in person.

Returns

You have the option of returning goods to us within 14 days.

Delivery time

If you order by 3 pm on a working day, we usually dispatch your order the same working day. We always strive to deliver on time. Due to the current situation, we have only limited influence on third-party services. Subscriptions

If your order included filter systems and subscriptions, the first replacement filters will only be delivered to you in two months' time. Please note that for subscription-only orders, our replacement filters are only shipped every two months. If you have any questions about your subscription and the next shipment, please get in touch with our customer service:
