Who is it suitable for?
The DrinkPure Fresh Ultra is the ideal solution for anyone who values the highest drinking water quality and an invisible installation. The system is integrated directly into the cold water line.
It was developed for regions with generally good drinking water standards, where the focus is on reducing microplastics, bacteria, chlorine, hormones or medication residues.
Is it tested and certified?
Yes – every component of the DrinkPure Fresh Ultra is extensively tested and subjected to independent laboratory tests. We are 100% transparent about it - you'll find all the lab results a little further down for download.
Our filters were tested according to NSF/ANSI 42, 53 and 401, and additionally tested according to ISO 22196 and EN 13443-1. The materials were examined by TÜV Rheinland and SGS, and the effectiveness independently confirmed by Eawag.
The core technology is our specially developed membrane. It was designed by us in Switzerland at ETH Zurich and continuously developed further. We still produce our membrane in Switzerland today.

EasyTwist connector
The EasyTwist connection makes changing the filter child's play. In just a few seconds you can unscrew and screw the cartridge back on. Completely without tools.

Pre-filter
The pre-filter forms the first protective layer of the system. It reliably retains coarse particles such as sand, rust or sediments and protects the more sensitive filter stages from premature strain. This way the full filter performance is maintained for a long time.

Microfiltration membrane
At the core of the Fresh Ultra works the patented membrane. With a pore size of just 0,3 microns, it removes over 99 % of microplastics and reduces bacteria such as E. coli by more than 99,9999 %. The result: demonstrably clean, safe drinking water for you and your family.

Activated carbon
The activated carbon from coconut shells effectively filters chlorine, organic substances, medication residues, pesticides as well as plasticisers such as BPA. It refines not only the purity, but also the taste – for water that smells clear and tastes fresh.
Maximum safety for your home
The DrinkPure Fresh Ultra protects not only your health, but also your kitchen. Thanks to integrated safety valves, the risk of water damage is significantly reduced.
- Check valve: Reliably prevents water from escaping during the cartridge change. So everything stays dry, even when you replace the filter insert yourself.
- Automatic shut-off function: As soon as the cartridge is removed, the system automatically interrupts the water flow – not a drop is lost.
- Pressure safety: The housing and the connections are checked and tested for permanent operation at up to 6.8 bar.
What sets us apart from other filters.
Unlike most other filters, drinkpure is a membrane filter. Many conventional filters rely primarily on activated carbon. Our system, on the other hand, uses a precise membrane that acts as a physical barrier. Complemented by activated carbon and a pre-filter, you get effectively purified water.
Pitcher filter
Jug filters are mostly based on activated carbon and sediment sieves and are designed to remove chlorine and coarse particles. But microplastics, bacteria or trace substances are often not removed sufficiently.
In addition, water stands in the jug – at room temperature this promotes bacterial growth.
You have to refill and wait regularly. In contrast, the Fresh Ultra delivers pure water immediately and without waiting time directly from the tap – with proven high filtration performance against microplastics, bacteria and chemical residues.
Reverse osmosis
RO systems remove almost all dissolved substances – but that also includes beneficial minerals.
Many systems produce considerable waste water (often several litres of waste water per litre of drinking water) and are complex and expensive to purchase, install and maintain.
The Fresh Ultra, on the other hand, retains the natural minerals, produces no waste water, is significantly cheaper and comes with simple installation and maintenance.
UV-C filter
Such systems deactivate microorganisms with light, but don't physically filter. That means sediments, microplastics, heavy metals or chemical substances are not removed.
They also need electricity and clear pre-filtration in order to work reliably.
The Fresh Ultra combines physical filtration with chemical activated carbon, removes a broad spectrum of contaminants – and works without electricity.
Bottled water
Bottled water means lugging things around, high costs per litre and immense plastic consumption – and even there, traces of microplastics are sometimes detected.

What is a replacement filter?
A replacement filter is the matching replacement filter cartridge for the DrinkPure Fresh Ultra. It contains the filter layers (pre-filter, membrane, activated carbon) and is screwed into the existing filter head in place of the used-up cartridge.
You can do the change yourself in just a few minutes. Recommended interval: every 6 months at the latest or 5’000 litres – whichever comes first.
What is the Easy-Twist connector?
The EasyTwist connection is the practical quick-release system of the DrinkPure Fresh Ultra. It lets you insert or remove the filter cartridge with a simple twisting motion – completely tool-free. Thanks to the integrated valve, the line automatically stays closed during the change, so the replacement works cleanly and without dripping or leaking.
Where do I get replacement filter sets?
Right here in our shop. You have 2 options for getting replacement filters:
1. Simply buy them individually. You can buy individual replacement filters in our shop.
2. The most convenient way is our filter subscription. With this, we send a new replacement filter cartridge to your home every 6 months. With our subscription you save another 25% compared to buying individually. The subscription can be cancelled, paused and reactivated at any time. Conveniently from your customer account.
The drinkpure filter subscription
With the filter subscription you enjoy fresh water anytime, without having to think about the next change yourself. Every 6 months we automatically send you your replacement filter directly to your home.
One filter insert is enough for up to 5,000 liters of water – which corresponds to around 500 PET bottles of 1.5 liters each. This way you save not only money, but also plastic and lugging.
The subscription costs €149.00 per half-year and is thus 25% cheaper than a one-off purchase. If you buy the starter set and subscription together, you save another 20% on the price of the starter set. Of course you stay flexible:
There's no contract commitment and no notice period – you can end your subscription conveniently anytime in your customer account.
Of course you can also continue to buy your replacement filters without a subscription.
What is a filter subscription?
With our filter subscription you automatically receive a filter cartridge conveniently by post to your home every 6 months. This way you always have fresh water without having to think about it yourself.
The subscription costs €149.90 every 6 months. That way you save 25% compared to buying individual replacement filters.
With each replacement filter set you can filter up to 5000 liters of water. That corresponds to approx. €0.03 per liter of drinking water.
Billing takes place every six months, and delivery also every 6 months.
You stay flexible at all times. You can cancel your subscription very easily online in your customer account – without any notice period.
Do I have to take out a subscription?
Clearly: NO.
The subscription gives you the opportunity to save money and time. But of course you can also continue to buy our filters individually. We'll continue to offer this option permanently.
Is there a cancellation period?
NO.
You can cancel, pause and reactivate your subscription at any time. Quite simply online via your customer account.
How often is billing and shipping done?
The subscription is billed and shipped every 6 months. The period begins when you take out the subscription.

How does installation work?
The DrinkPure Fresh Ultra is installed directly under the sink and connected to the cold water line. Installation is straightforward and quickly done – however, for insurance reasons we recommend installation by a specialist company.
The regular filter change can easily be carried out yourself thanks to the EasyTwist connection.
All essential components are included in the scope of delivery: filter head, filter cartridge, wall mount, armored hoses and ball valve. This means everything is prepared to connect the Fresh Ultra directly to your cold water line.
A detailed guide is of course included with the filter.
After installation, a brief rinse with tap water is enough to put the filter into operation.
