We deliver within the EU and free of shipping costs. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
Delivery time
If you order on weekdays by 3:00 pm, we usually send your order on the same working day. We always strive for on-time delivery. If you'd like to return the product, you can send your order back within 14 days of receipt. The return period begins from the day you took possession of the goods. Please note that the returned goods must be in a resalable condition and the hygiene packaging must not be opened or damaged.
